Stampa boosts London team with Tara Phillips
Stampa has strengthened its PR and internal communications practice with the appointment of former NHS internal communications lead, Tara Phillips.
Tara brings a wealth of experience in internal communications, change communications, PR and external relations. Tara was joint Head of Internal Communications for NHS England for four years, and her extensive communications experience includes General Dental Council, Lloyds TSB, Securicor and Nuclear Electric. These diverse roles in different fields of communications provide a useful lens for advising Stampa’s clients in relevant business-to-business sectors.
Commenting on joining Stampa, Tara says: “After working in-house at large organisations, it’s exciting to join Stampa’s creative and talented team and work across such a wide variety of large clients. Stampa has proven top-level experience across the full spectrum of corporate communications so it’s a perfect role to work with great clients as part of an international team.”
“Tara’s wealth of senior-level experience means she can advise and support our clients across the broad range of services we offer, including internal comms, change management PR, strategic content and more. Our London office is brimming with talent to serve Stampa’s clients in the UK and Benelux and we’re excited to have Tara join our team.”
James Curtis, co-founder and director.
Tara’s appointment sees her reunited with Stampa senior account director, Stacy Hyde. Stacy and Tara have known and worked together for many years, starting when they studied together at Bournemouth University as one of the first cohorts to graduate from the university’s well-known degree programme in public relations. The London team also includes Senior Account Manager, Harry Rogers. Tara is joining Stampa in house following a very successful freelancing stint, during which she proved invaluable to the team.
Stampa’s international team now includes 22 communications professionals in Amsterdam, London and Brussels, serving some of Europe’s leading international companies, including Signify, ING, Prosus, TenneT, Vanguard, LGIM, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners and BDR Thermea Group.
